Jr. Chef Camp: Eggs & Breakfast June 14th - June 18th

Note: This camp runs from Monday 6/14 to Friday 6/18, from 9 am to 12 pm. One ticket purchase provides admission for every day of camp.

Campers aged 7-14 will learn the history behind eggs and how they are in every food culture across the globe. The Jr. Chefs will learn basic knife skills, how to properly cook all kinds of eggs, as well as breakfast foods such as quiche, biscuits, and deviled eggs.

6/14-6/15: All Eggs- Scrambled, Poached, Sunny Side Up, Over Easy, Over Medium, Over Hard, Fried, deviled eggs, and Omelets

6/16: Eggs in a Basket, Quiche

6/17: Huevos Rancheros, Chilaquiles

6/18: Family Showcase!

Note: Campers are encouraged to bring a snack and water.

COVID Note: Campers will be required to wear masks and have daily temperature checks.
